Party time
Today we had our families and a few friends over to help celebrate Noah's second birthday. Noah was again spoilt with gifts, love and affection from his extended family.
A birthday party would not be complete without a little sulk from the birthday boy!
Noah was exhausted after everyone left. He actually fell asleep standing up. Richard and I found him like this in the lounge room. It was pretty funny. It must be hard work trying to keep up with the big kids!!
I put Noah to bed tonight in our room as a special treat. I was amazed by how quiet he was being and how he didn't call out for me. Turns out the little monkey was chowing down on a killer python his father had stashed on his bedside table. Richard claims that when the Pinata was smashed open he grabbed the python and hid it in the bedroom so he could give it to Noah later. Obviously bedtime would not be the ideal time to give Noah a sugar fix. Noah had a grin from ear to ear when I eventually went in to check on him.

The best gift ever
Nanna Den, Lyndal & baby Fin visit
Last Tuesday night we had a very special visit from Nanna Den, Lyndal and Fin. They came especially to see Noah for his birthday. It was so nice having them stay here. It has being great getting to know them all so much better. I am so happy to have them all in my life.....I guess good things do come from divorce. It is nice feeling knowing that both parents have found happiness and love again!
Little baby Fin is five months old and he is totally adoreable. He is such a placid well behaved little baby and he is so easy to love. He has the biggest most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen. Noah was not too sure about having someone smaller than himself in HIS house. Noah just pretended that Fin did not exist. The only time he paid him any attention was when he found out they were leaving Wednesday morning. He did however love all the attention and fun that Nanna Den lavished on him.
