This was no set up!!!

Can you imagine what I was thinking when I came out from the office and found Noah slicing himself some watermelon? On closer inspection of the photos you will notice....

1. He is balancing on the most unstable, out-of-control ride on toy in our house.
2. He is in fact on tippy toes.
3. He has in his hands the largest knife that we own.
4. He is cutting with the knife up-side-down.
5. He is not actually holding onto the kitchen bench for support or anchorage.

How he managed to walk away from this experience not bleeding nor concussed is a frigging miracle. There is a GOD!

Jelly Baff

What a complete waste of time and money. Richard bought the Jelly Baff for Noah and I guess I was happy because I had always wondered exactly what it would be like..... turns out it is pretty average.

That bloody rooster

Noah use to chase the rooster out of our yard with his pirate sword. The rooster got his own back by chasing Noah down, jumping on his back and pecking at his head. It was really awful to watch. I was hanging out the washing and I couldn't get to Noah quick enough. I hurdled the back fence with lightening speed but I was too late; the damage was done and poor little Noah was bruised and battered. His little ego took a beating too and he is now terrified of our rooster. I hate the bloody thing because it has had a go at me a few times too. I was also attacked by a rooster when I was 4 years old. Watching Noah being attacked brought back scary memories for myself.
