I have been meaning to update what Noah has been up to for quite a while now. I am sure some people must think I am mad and totally obsessed with documenting Noah's life, but for me it is a joy.
I have just come through a really rough patch with Noah. Richard and I have endured a month of terrible behaviour, which started when we arrived back from our holiday to Melbourne. We assumed for a while that he was getting sick, then we put it down to being so spoilt by EVERYONE while we were in Victoria, but we now think it may have been growing pains. Whatever the problem was he sure is over it now THANK GOODNESS. He started to eat like a horse again about a week ago + he threw in a few 3 hour day sleeps and you can see in his clothes that he actually has grown quite a lot. I really thought for a while there that I had lost my little Noah forever, but I am pleased to say he is back again and more delightful than ever. He really did have me reaching breaking point for a while there. He was making me be the Mum I didn't want to be.... always yelling and fighting with him and too annoyed to do anything fun with him. Even the Nanna's saw him being revolting which is pretty rare.
Noah has come along way with his talking in the last few months. He can now communicate with everyone and no longer needs me to translate every single thing for him. He is busy training his budgie to say "hey Bob, what's for dinner?" Some of Noah's latest one liners include: "yeah sure, of course Mummy, I love you too Mummy, thanks mate and ima punch you in the nuggets (not one of his kindest phrases). His favourite game to play outside is 'shops' in his cubby house. Generally he is the shopkeeper and on a good day he will ask you how your kids are going and what you're cookin for dinner. He is obsessed with the wii, my phone and playing Play School games online. He is VERY handy with the mouse and continues to surprise us with 'stuff' he teaches himself on the computer. Every morning after breakfast he sits in his little art nook and gets all creative. He has a spa nearly everyday. He has an obsession with telling the time, or more to the point asking the time and he loves anything to do with boxing. At three and a bit his favourite TV show is Shawn The Sheep (Thanks Uncle Jim for showing him that one, it really is quite good viewing for us too). His favourite song at present is Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO. He is getting much better at dancing in public, in fact he is quite the little performer now. His favourite colour is pink and he actually believes that if he drinks too much Coke his doodle will fall off!!!!!!!! He loves going on the motorbike with his Dad and his best friend is still Bonnie our dog.
