The BEST weekend

Jasper has to wear plugs in his ears + the cap while swimming. Noah wanted to wear his cap to match Jasper. When giving Jasper a choice between two things he always asks "which one is Noah's favourite" in order to make sure he has the same things Noah has. These two are tight I tell ya!!!

 Bonnie Rose and Mum came to visit too.

My Mum with Jasper and Bonnie. They really don't come much better than my Mum. She is the best Nanna, an amazing Auntie, wonderful carer of little Bonnie & a superb Mum. She wouldn't agree with anything I have just written but everyone else knows it's true.

We had the delightful Jasper Giles stay at our house for the whole weekend. Jasper was welcomed with a small fire followed by R&R in the indoor teepee. It is nice spending lengthy periods of time with my little cousins to get to know them better. Jasper I think I am falling for you!!! (private joke)

All our family can't believe how alike Jasper is to our other cousin Joel. It is crazy weird how genes get thrown around and you end up with little replicas.

A dress all the way from America

Some time last year my friend Mackenzie sent over this cute little dress for me to dress a little girl in - provided I ever have one. The brand of the dress is "Samara" that being the reason Mackenzie bought it for me. Last Thursday Richard was in Noah's room getting him dressed for the day. Noah spotted the dress hanging in his wardrobe and laughed "I want to wear that". Quick as a flash Richard had his son in the dress - about 10 seconds after donning the dress Noah realised what a terrible mistake he had made. Worse still Mum had the bloody camera out again. This week he wore his hair in a piggy-tail and he also learned to draw multiple people on one page.  The people are getting more features as the weeks go on: including HAIR. The crystal monster grew some crystals too - how fabulous.

Sweet glorious rain

We got some rain finally. Richard's happy, Noah's happy & I'm happy. I hope the rains continue for us and all our friends over the winter.

These are my friend Mellita's kids who I photographed last Sunday afternoon. I really can't wait to edit the photos with Photoshop when I have it up and running again. Thanks Mel & Mick for bringing the girls out. I hope they are not too traumatised from the experience :)
